END USER LICENSE FOR GENMERGE

This document contains the License Terms relating to the use of GenMerge, the
Genealogy Merge Utility (the "Software") created by Pleiades Software
Development, Inc. ("PSD") that you have installed.

Pressing OK on the initial screen of the product indicates your acceptance of
the License Terms.  Acceptance shall bind you and others using your computer to
the terms of this License.  If you do not wish to accept the terms, press the
CANCEL button on the initial screen and delete the software from your machine.

*** LICENSE AGREEMENT ***

Unless you have a different license agreement signed by PSD, your use of this
software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed
to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge until the evaluation
period ends.  After the evaluation period, if you wish to continue using the
Software you must purchase a software license.  Licenses are available from:

Unregistered use of the Software after the evaluation period is in violation
of U.S.and International copyright laws.

License

License Grant. PSD  grants you and members of your family residing in the
same household a License to Use the Software on machines owned by you and
members of your family residing in the same household, including laptop
or portable computers. "Use" means storing, loading, installing, executing
or displaying the Software. You may not modify the Software or disable any
licensing or control features of the Software.

Ownership. The Software is owned and copyrighted by PSD. Your license
confers no title to, or ownership in the Software and is not a sale of
any rights in the Software.

Copies. You may only make copies of the Software for archival purposes.
You must reproduce all copyright notices in the original Software on all
copies or adaptations. You may not copy the Software onto any public
network.

Disassembly. No Disassembly, Decryption, Decompliation or Reverse
Engineering of the Software is allowed.

Usage. This software is intended for personal use only.  You may not use the
Software to perform a service for others, whether the service is provided for a
fee or not. If you have professional uses for the software, contact PSD for
professional licensing options.

Transfer. Your license will automatically terminate upon any transfer of the
Software. Upon transfer, you must deliver the Software, including any copies and
related documentation, to the transferee. The transferee must accept these
License Terms as a condition to the transfer.

Termination. PSD may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply
with any of these License Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately
destroy the Software, together with all copies in any form.

Export Requirements. You may not export or re-export the Software or any copy or
adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS"
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY
OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because
of the various hardware and software environments into which GenMerge may
be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the
entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL
BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF
PURCHASE PRICE.
